Worongary is a suburb in City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2011 census, Worongary had a population of 5,574 people.[1]
Part of the western boundary of Worongary follows the Pacific Motorway.

The Worongary State School opened on 1 February 1993.[3]
